Everything went really well on Sunday. Once everyone was set up we had no power problems at all. The sound guy was excellent. Sound level was great right throughout the day and he really knew his stuff. He was very co-operative and nothing was too much trouble for him. Festival Hire provided a large marquee for the Canberra International Music Festival for the first time in 2013. Festival Hire have provided hire equipment for a number of Hornsby Council events. Festival have always been happy to work with Council to ensure that we meet the needs of the event as well as the needs of our budget. Festival have worked on both large and small Council events and at times have been able to provide equipment at very short notice to help us deliver the events Council require even with short planning lead time. We used Festival Hire this year(2012) for our Fair & Art Show at our School. Festival Hire was great to deal with very easy going and nothing was a problem they gave us great service and a great price for the marquees. On the day of our event the guys arrived nice and early and had everything up and ready really quickly without any problems. Packing up was just as easy – they arrived and packed up quickly. We were a very small hire (2 trestle tables and 2 clothes racks) and your business was never going to make a big profit from us, however you and all your staff treated us as if we were an important part of your business.
